Our breeding program started in 1990 when we purchased our first mare, Dixie Hoedown. Even though she was a solid and breeding stock only, she came from the Quarter Horse line of Poco Bueno. Our selection of sires has not been made by the establishment's choice and promotion, but by careful study of the sires pedigree, conformation and temperament. Our foals have proven to be what we set out to accomplish; smart and gentle with outstanding conformation.
